👯♂️ Introduction
The Erasmus Youth Exchange program aims to develop intercultural understanding and enhance personal development among young people from various countries. The organizational meeting introduced the program's objectives, team members, and participants.

💬💬 Communication and Collaboration
The project will use Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Drive, and many other tools for coordination and material sharing. Participants are encouraged to be active on social media and document the event to share with as many people as possible. Please ensure that you give special attention to communication, as when we contact you, it will 99% of the time need to be resolved considerably quickly.
Key Objectives of the project:
Create Intercultural Understanding: Promote mutual respect and understanding between young people from different countries and cultures.
Enhance Personal and Social Development: Develop key competencies such as communication and teamwork, and engage in activities that build personal and social skills.
Address Social Exclusion and Discrimination: Through workshops and discussions, explore the effects of social exclusion and strategies for promoting social inclusion.
Empower Civic Engagement: Empower you to be actively involved in addressing societal challenges and injustices within your communities.
🏃🏿 Program Schedule
The daily schedule includes sessions, coffee breaks, free time, and evening activities. Special focus is on direct participant engagement activities on social inclusion. The program will also feature presentations on the Erasmus project and intercultural understanding, explanations of the organizational side, and guidance on preparing your certificates.
🌮🌯🥟 Cultural Preparation
We encourage you to prepare for cultural nights by sharing your traditions, food, music, and customs. Interest in the host country's culture is emphasized, and participants are asked to research Polish customs before arriving in Poland. Regarding technical needs, we will provide a laptop if needed or try to get any other equipment you require.
🚷🚷 Travel and Accommodation
Participants will stay in dormitories with shared rooms to speed up the icebreaking process. Necessary preparations include bringing daily life essentials and insurance, especially for non-EU countries in case of accidents. The organizational team will provide travel support, arrange rooms, and assist with anything related to these aspects. Remember to bring your EHIC card!
