Interview of participants
✅ Political Debates, Team Challenges, and Cultural Insights
Today was an action-packed day for the Youth Community project as participants dove into political discussions, team-building exercises, and explored each other’s cultures.
The morning kicked off with a Political Session, where participants engaged in a mock political election. Yanko from Macedonia shared his thoughts on the experience: “I really enjoyed it! I was one of the candidates, and it was fun coming up with campaign ideas and even spying on each other. We heard some gossip that wasn’t even true, but it made things more exciting!” 😄
While the voting results remained a secret, the participants had fun casting their ballots. “A lot of people voted for Sergio or even Jesus, but nobody voted for Donald Trump—he was banned!” Yanko joked. The session gave everyone a chance to explore different perspectives on leadership and politics from across cultures.
In the afternoon, the second session challenged the participants to work together to build the tallest structure using simple materials. As one of the participants, Eric from Poland, reflected: “It was all about teamwork and improving our skills. We had to build the tallest tower and pretend to be salespeople—it was fun and engaging!” The activity fostered collaboration and creative problem-solving, pushing everyone to work together towards a common goal.
As the day wound down, conversations about the project so far came up. Yanko remarked, “This project has been amazing—we’ve met people from so many different countries and had deep discussions about important topics like agriculture and politics. It’s been a fantastic experience!”
When asked about his favorite country, Yanko cheekily responded, “France is the best, no contest!” 🇫🇷
Each day of the Youth Community project continues to bring new experiences, laughter, and meaningful connections. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for the final days! 🌍💬
